Fasting exists in nearly every Indian household but is rarely examined beyond its surface as a religious observance.

Opportunity

To present fasting through a layered, research-driven narrative that bridges philosophy, tradition, and science.

For who?

Aimed at 18–30-year-olds interested in mindful living and the cultural-scientific aspects of fasting
