MODUS ’26 - Design Underground is the annual Visual Communication Department showcase at my university. As a part of the core Visual Identity team, my contribution focused on fundraiser and exhibition invites, translating the conceptual framework into clear, cohesive communication pieces across the print medium.

The invite series translated the underground identity into physical form.
Across both the Art Mandi fundraiser and the main exhibition, the pieces explored layering, reveal, and structural interaction - turning communication into object.

Hence, developed a die-cut invitation where the event logo became the window itself, revealing the illustration beneath. The layered reveal reinforced the underground theme, inviting interaction before it was even opened.
If the theme is underground, the invite shouldn’t reveal everything at once.

Inside the die-cut exterior, a secondary information card carried the event details. Its layout followed the Art Mandi identity system, maintaining typographic tone and hierarchy while ensuring clarity.

The exhibition invite translated the identity directly into form.
The outer structure was shaped as the MODUS logo itself, with the front functioning entirely as the mark. A central split, sealed with a branded sticker, created a deliberate moment of reveal.
